My stay at this hotel was a fantastic surprise! My room was immaculate, comfortable, and packed with basic communities like toothbrush towels, tea kettel, mini fridge and packed water. The high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV were excellent. Beyond the room, the cleanliness and sparkling pool truly impressed me. I made a mistake while booking but the manager absolutely professional and kind, very smart man who knows how to value and respect customer!! Every staff member was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel genuinely valued. This hotel offers amazing value, exceeding expectations with its top-notch comfort and service. Highly recommended!

It was an awesome experience. We hosted our daughter's 5th birthday at Sakura. The food was so tasty and service was too good. Thanks to Mr. Thapliyal and Mishra ji for arranging everything so nicely. Don't go with in house decorator Mr. Santosh. He didn't delivered what he promised. At last moment, after taking advance he denied for many things which he promised earlier. His work is not satisfactory. Apart from that our experience with hotel was fabulous.

Travelled for Business purpose, Rooms are clean but doors have to more well maintained along with balcony also. There was lot of dust due to the atmosphere. Anyway better if they make any arrangements for that. Otherwise good food, well enjoyed

Location and rooms are good but AC was not working well, neither refrigerator. Even fan was not pacing enough. Service is good and staff are polite. Location is near metro and is good. Overall just average experience.
